✨ Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us support@tailtales.es within 7 days of receiving it.

Simply send us a photo of the product and we’ll be happy to offer you a free replacement/ refunds.

✨ Change of Mind

Because our products travel from faraway lands, we are not able to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.
